We love a practical and efficient workout – which is why when Tom's Guide commissioned us to write a 'standing core workout using resistance bands', we were on it! 

There are many reasons why you might want to avoid lying on the floor for your workout – whether you're working outside and don't want to get dirty, are limited on space, or have a limitation which prevents you from getting up and down too often.
