We're the first and only loop band with built-in levels on each band. We're a registered design so you won't find bands like ours anywhere else.

• Instead of guessing where to hold the band, you can now consistently set up every time.
• Each level marker is spaced 5cm apart, which means you can progress gradually.
• Depending on your exercise, there are 7 or 14 marked levels you can work through so the next goal always feels achievable.
• You can track and log your progress with certainty – whether that's for a strength, mobility, warm up or stretch-based exercise.
