Strong Band Warranty and Normal Use

At Strong Band, we design our products to help you train smarter, safer, and longer. We stand behind our quality and want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer this warranty to the original purchaser of any Strong Band product.

We guarantee our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. All claims are subject to inspection by Strong Band.

If you purchased a product from another brand through us, that item will be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty.

• Home Use Warranty: 1 year coverage for snapping or breaking.
• Commercial Use Warranty: 6 months coverage for snapping or breaking.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or abuse.
• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers.
  

Warranty is void if:

• Bands are used on abrasive surfaces (concrete, barbell knurling, non-round objects, etc without protection).
  
• Bands are stretched by more than 2.5× their resting length.

• Bands are left in direct sunlight or in extreme heat
  

Understanding Normal Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear is the natural aging of a product from regular, intended use. For example, bands may develop slight surface marks.

These signs of use don’t mean your product is defective – they simply show you’ve been putting it to work. For normal home use, you can expect to keep your Strong Band for 18 months to 2 years – or even longer with great care.

If your Strong Bands are showing its age and nearing the end of its life, it may be time for a replacement. And when that time comes, we hope you’ll trust Strong Band again for your next upgrade.

How to claim your warranty

Send us an email over on hello@thestrongband.com with a picture of your band(s) and our email receipt. We'll quickly sort our a replacement for you once we've checked it out and confirmed eligibility 💪🏼
