The Power Pink Band is our 'light to medium' level band. This can be used by all levels as a core part of full-body strength training, mobility training, calisthenics support and later-stage rehabilitation.

To extend band life, wipe clean with a damp cloth after use and let dry.
We use this every day for some quick and simple strength exercises. It’s great quality and the lines are really helpful. We went on holiday recently and regretted not taking it with us!
