Description

The Power Pink Band is our 'Light' level band. This can be used by all levels as a core part of full-body strength training, mobility training, calisthenics support and later-stage rehabilitation.  

As a general guide, The Power Pink Band is great for:

  • All levels: for rehab, mobility, activation and strengthening small-medium muscles
  • Beginner: for starting strength training
  • Intermediate to advanced: for light calisthenics assistance and advanced bodyweight exercises

Which band should I choose?

If you’re looking to get started with using Strong Band as part of your main workouts, The Trio Set is a fab starting point! It gives you flexibility to target all your muscle groups and movement patterns, as your resistance needs will vary depending on your current strength, the movement, and whether you're training or stretching.

If you're already experienced with strength training, and want to have a comprehensive, progressive routine with Strong Band, The Fab Five set will give you everything you need to build and maintain your full strength potential!

If you’re planning to use Strong Band to complement your existing routine – whether for warm-ups, mobility work, stretching, targeted strength exercises or calisthenics support – you can check out the resistance levels of each band here to see what suits you best. 

As a general guide: 

Laser Lime (Extra Light ~3-7kg) – Full-body total beginner strength

  • All levels: for rehab, mobility, and targeting smaller muscles (like hip flexors and rotator cuff)
  • Total and beginner: for gently introducing strength training 
  • Intermediate to advanced: for very light calisthenics assistance and advanced bodyweight exercises

Power Pink (Light ~6-12kg) – Full-body beginner strength

  • All levels: for rehab, mobility, activation and small-medium muscles (like glute medius and triceps)
  • Beginner and improver: for starting strength training 
  • Intermediate to advanced: for light calisthenics assistance and advanced bodyweight exercises

Onyx (Medium ~11-26kg) – Intermediate strength training

  • All levels: stretching and some later stage rehab
  • Improver and intermediate: for strength training
  • Intermediate: for medium calisthenics assistance and advanced bodyweight exercises

Bondi Blue (Heavy ~14-39kg) – Advanced lower body & pull movements

  • All levels: stretching and some later stage rehab
  • Improver to Intermediate: for heavy calisthenics assistance and advanced bodyweight exercises

Mocha (Extra Heavy ~23-57kg) – Assisted pull-ups & heavy strength

Safety & care

Care info

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use and let dry.
  • For a deeper clean, dilute a small drop of fairy liquid and wipe of dirt and sweat. Rinse with water thoroughly and let dry.
  • Do not use alcohol or harsh cleaning products as this will damage the natural rubber

How long can I expect my bands to last?

All resistance bands wear over time, even the best ones! With proper care, your bands should last one to three years, depending on care and usage frequency.

We have designed Strong Band for maximal safety, durability and performance through our multi-layered construction, 100% natural, single-origin latex and proprietary bonding method. We’ve thoroughly tested our bands and have very strict quality control measures in place.

We’re confident you won’t find a better quality resistance band out there. 

To enjoy your bands safely for a long time:

  • Inspect your band before each use
  • Avoid using on sharp our rough edges
  • Store away from direct sunlight
  • Keep clean and dry
  • Do not use alcohol or harsh chemicals (water or a tiny bit of diluted fairy liquid is best!).

Delivery & returns

Is there a warranty on Strong Band?

Yes! We have a 1-year warranty for all Strong Bands for normal home use, and a 6-month warranty for all bands for normal use in a commercial setting.

If you experience a manufacturing fault, contact us and we’ll quickly replace it for free.

How quickly do you deliver?

Australia 🇦🇺

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Sydney.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail with next day delivery and 48hour delivery options.

New Zealand 🇳🇿

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in Sydney.

Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after dispatch.

International Orders 🌏

International orders (outside of Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom) are shipped from our UK warehouse.

General

Are resistance bands as effective as weights for building strength?

They sure are!

Resistance bands:

  • Provide variable resistance (more resistance when stretched further)
  • Can be used in a range of different positions (standing, seated, lying) and do not rely on gravity like weights
  • Can be a joint-friendly alternative to weights 
  • Allow training anywhere (great for consistency if you travel a lot!)
  • Are incredibly versatile, opening up hundred of different exercises for your entire body

The issue people normally have when build strength with bands, is it’s difficult to set up consistently and track progress. This is why all our resistance bands have Progress Lines™ so you can consistently set up and see your progress.

Many of our customers use Strong Bands alongside gym training, while others use them as their primary strength tool.

Can you build muscle with resistance bands?

Absolutely! When used correctly, resistance bands can build muscle just like weights.

The key is progressive overload – gradually increasing the challenge over time. Our Strong Band resistance bands are designed with our Progress Lines™ so you can measure your setup and increase tension consistently, instead of guessing.

Bands also provide variable resistance throughout the movement, which means the resistance level smoothly changes with your movement. This can be easier on joints while still challenging your muscles.
