Strong band is a game changer as a Personal Trainer, for in person and online clients. I love that the product allows for progressive overload with the progress lines and the 3 different sizes which allows me to track client's progress. The brand is more than just a product with free resources with every band. This is a great piece of education for me as a PT, I have loved learning how I can use the bands for my client's training and recovery. The bands also have huge potential for my online clients who have limited access to equipment, this is something which I am excited to explore.

I purchased these 3 strong resistance bands a few weeks ago, and I’m really impressed with them! They’re very easy to use, and I love that the indicators make it simple to track my progress over time. The bands are great quality, sturdy, and reliable, which gives me confidence that they’ll last as I continue to build strength.
